This home is the perfect result of when Scandinavian design meets Mediterranean living.

The house is big and small at the same time, and you can spend the whole day enjoying the different areas, alone or in a larger group of people. It has two main floors and a roof terrace.

Once you enter through the wooden doors, you find earthy and natural colours, wooden beams and walls brushed with mineral paint, polished grey concrete floors, oak and rattan doors, and lots of linen and bamboo. All these materials give the house a feeling of warmth and calm.

The main floor is made up of an entrance area and a living room with an open plan kitchen. The large terrace is immediately perceived and gives the house a generous depth. On the same floor there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a terrace of about 40 sqm with a bamboo pergola and a small staircase that goes down to the private garden with its 8 m long saltwater pool.

The first floor has another two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and access to a second terrace of about 40 sqm with views to the south and an inviting lounge area with a wooden pergola. The roof terrace can be accessed from this terrace and there you find a heated pool of ca 3x2.5m, sun loungers, a shower and a mesmerising view of the whole city of Palma.

The kitchen deserves a special mention. Designed by the Norwegian studio Ask og Eng and made to measure in solid bamboo wood. The house offers a comfortable climate all year around thanks to underfloor heating and hot and cold ducted air conditioning. An automatic irrigation system for the plants in the garden makes for an easy living.

The house was finished in 2021 in collaboration with an interior architect who also dressed and decorated the house with the right furniture. Ad Spain has already picked it up and made a feature story of it.

The location is spot on in the upper tranquil part of Son Espanyolet and still within only a few minutes' walk from Santa Catalina and the center of Palma.
