This beautiful finca is designed in the classic Mallorcan style.
Arched windows and doorways, terracotta stone on the floors and woodwork in a darker colour. In addition to this, the large plot has a raised Mediterranean garden, which creates a beautiful oasis.

The main building has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with an open fireplace. The kitchen located at the far end is integrated with an outdoor kitchen just outside and this creates the possibility that most days of the year dinner can be arranged outside in the garden.

At the back is the large pool with two associated buildings.
Around the pool are several large palm trees that create a natural setting, together with the stone wall.
On one side of the pool is the pool house, with space for a dinner table and the open fire place.
Here you can find shade on the hottest days or cozy up in front of the open fire when it's cooler outside.

On the other side is the large covered terrace with space for a dinner table and lounge area. Directly adjacent is the guest house which has a bedroom and a bathroom.

This finca is suitable both as a year-round residence and as a holiday home. Nearby, 10 min drive from the finca are the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy and Rafa Nadal International School.
