Part of The Horizon Estate, Horizon II is defined by its relationship to the terrain. A sequence of low horizontal volumes steps through the landscape, balancing openness with enclosure. The architecture follows a restrained material language of stone, lime render and timber, with glazing positioned to frame long views across the valley towards the sea while maintaining privacy within the plot.

The house is arranged across a single principal level of approximately 370 m², organised around a central 96 m² living space. Full-height glazing establishes a direct connection to the exterior, allowing the landscape to define the interior experience throughout the day.

The 42 m² kitchen sits within this main volume, conceived as part of the overall living environment. Four bedroom suites are positioned along the plan, each with a private bathroom and direct access to outdoor space, maintaining a consistent relationship between inside and out.

A separate 60 m² annex provides additional accommodation, suitable for guests or staff, with independence from the main house while remaining integrated within the wider composition.

Outdoor Areas

The exterior is organised across terraced levels that follow the natural slope of the 15,517 m² plot. A linear 87 m² pool extends from the main living space, reinforcing the horizontal axis of the architecture.

Planting combines structured landscaping with existing vegetation, while stone retaining walls define movement and spatial hierarchy. Covered terraces and shaded areas are integrated into the architecture, allowing for year-round outdoor use with controlled views and privacy.

Located in the hills above San Agustín, Horizon II offers a balance between privacy and accessibility. Sant Josep is approximately 5 minutes away, San Antonio 10 minutes, and beaches including Cala Comte and Cala Bassa within 15 minutes. Ibiza Town and the airport can be reached in around 20–25 minutes.
