Fully refurbished in 2023 with new electrical and plumbing systems, it now carries a calm, contemporary character shaped by light, proportion, and the surrounding landscape.

The upper level centres on an open living space with floor-to-ceiling retractable glazing that blurs the boundary between indoors and out. Its southwest orientation brings long, warm light into the home, softening the grey porcelain tiles and creating a gentle rhythm throughout the day. Stone and smooth-concrete stairways follow the slope of the terrain, drawing light across their surfaces.

The terraced garden follows the natural gradient of the hillside, creating quiet plateaus between dry-stone walls and Mediterranean vegetation. Lemon trees, oleander, and cactus add measured touches of greenery, while the steps link the upper terrace with more sheltered spaces below. Beyond the treetops, the sea appears as a calm, steady horizon, giving the outdoor areas a sense of openness and ease.
