Fifteen minutes from the waves of Peniche and Baleal, and the same distance from Portugal’s first upcoming wave pool, this former 1938 house was rebuilt from the ground up in 2023/24 by Cave Office.

With 58 m² of living space on a 182 m² plot, it lives larger than its footprint, shifting daily life outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the living area completely onto the terrace, where a saltwater heated pool, outdoor kitchen and barbecue become part of the house.

Inside, wooden floors, microcement and Moroccan zellige tiles keep the palette tactile and restrained. Sold fully furnished and equipped, with an active AL licence and established management in place, it works equally well as a private base near the coast or a ready-to-run holiday rental.
