The interior has been completely renovated and expanded while retaining its original character. Herringbone-patterned oak wood floors, wood baseboards, historic wood lattice windows, and natural stone-look tiles in the bathrooms were used. Understated and simple on the one hand, elegant and modern on the other. A harmonious interplay between old and new. The architecture and furnishings combine to create a feeling of elegance.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you are struck by the impressive 3-meter-high ceilings, which emphasize the character of this classic old building. The spacious, open kitchen area is the heart and soul of the apartment. It is equipped with a custom-made, bright kitchen from Modular Küchen – the perfect combination of precision craftsmanship and industrial manufacturing from the region. Miele and Siemens appliances, as well as the Bora stove, underline the quality of the kitchen equipment. Discreetly integrated with a flush-mounted door, a practical storage room with washing machine and dryer connections is adjacent. From the kitchen, the view sweeps through the picturesque, light-flooded living-dining room towards the northwest, directly into the treetops of the tree-lined Otto-Beck-Straße. An open living area with enough space for dining and cozy living, for relaxing or for urban evenings with a glass of wine on the balcony with its Art Nouveau flair.

On the way to the rear half of the apartment, towards the southeast, you pass the separate toilet and bathroom. The facade ceramic tiles in sand color give the bathroom a warm, natural, and elegant appearance.

In addition to a new heating system and new district heating station with buffer storage in the building, distributors were installed in each apartment. EXTERIOR

The representative, listed Art Nouveau building was built in 1903 during the Wilhelminian era. For many years it was a movie house with actors, cinema owners, projectionists and friends as residents. Completely refurbished to the highest quality standards and with the support of the heritage authority.

The beige sandstone façade with stucco elements and Art Nouveau balcony railings characterize the splendid appearance of the building, which is thus part of the charm of Otto-Beck-Straße. The balcony railings on the front elevation have been completely refurbished - sandblasted, spray-galvanized and powder-coated. 11 apartments are spread over 7 floors.

Inside, too, the classic splendor of the era in which the building was built appears as you enter. Real terrazzo and a floral, ornamental banister decorate the staircase.

A new elevator system from Lochbühler travels to the intermediate levels of the individual floors.

A private cellar compartment of ~4,5 m² on the garden level and bicycle storage facilities in the sheltered inner courtyard round off the space on offer perfectly.
