Special features

The stair lift to the 1st floor is visually inconspicuously adapted to the staircase. The ground level on the first floor and the 1st floor allows mobility to all rooms located there. The toilets are installed with a seat height of approx. 45 cm, the washstand in the bathroom with adjustable mirror offers wheelchair access of approx. 80 cm.
To level the low threshold of the terrace door is a small ramp. This also allows independent access to the terrace with a wheelchair.
For an additional sense of security, a camera is mounted on the entrance door, which allows to see who is standing in front of the door via the screen in the living area, without opening the door to the vestibule.
All these devices can also be easily removed if desired by skilled craftsmanship.
EXTERIOR
