INTERIOR
This Nordic townhouse in an idyllic location is reminiscent of a holiday in Scandinavia.

A small covered projection leads to the entrance area with built-in cupboards as a cloakroom. The guest bathroom with shower is on the right. It continues into the open and bright living area with a light-flooded dining area and a living room that provides Nordic comfort with a Hauck fireplace. The floor-to-ceiling windows lead to the dreamy garden with a view of the lake.

In 2015, all walls were smooth plastered, new windows were installed on the weather side, wooden ceilings were painted white and oak parquet flooring was relaid.

The white Nolte kitchen with wine refrigerator was also installed in 2015 and leads to a cozy, wind-protected terrace where you can have a wonderful breakfast in the sun in the morning.

The bright staircase with pine steps leads to the first floor with three rooms and a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and underfloor heating.

The two rooms at the back of the house have access to a covered loggia with a view of the lake. Sloping ceilings with white-painted wooden ceilings in a Scandinavian style make each room look individual and hygge.

OTHER
The house has a large, converted basement with two rooms, a laundry room with windows and a gas boiler from 2015. The second room can be used creatively: whether for guests, as a playroom or fitness area, it is an ideal retreat with plenty of space.

A short walk takes you to the house. The associated outdoor parking space is about 70 m from the front door.

On the way to the back garden there is a shed and ample space to store firewood.

EXTERIOR
The Finnish style townhouse is part of a group of 12 semi-detached houses. In the front garden, 100-year-old stones with history from Bebelallee were laid. Half of the façade is clad in Finnish pine, broken up by red clinker bricks, thus creating an authentic connection between Scandinavian and North German architecture. The mature garden, directly adjacent to the promenade by the lake, is laid out on several levels. The covered wooden deck offers plenty of space for exuberant dinners with many guests. The perfect spot for a hammock is found on a lower, rocky level.

LOCATION
The direct location on the Bramfelder See, belonging to the north-eastern Hamburg district of Bramfeld, gives the impression of living in the middle of nature. The Bramfelder See borders on one of the largest inner-city green areas, the Ohlsdorf Cemetery with an area of 389 hectares. The airport can be reached in just 17 minutes, the Hamburg main station in just 23 minutes. With the construction of the U5, you can be on the direct route to the pulsating Jungfernstieg in just a few minutes.

On Tuesdays and Fridays there is a wonderful weekly market in Bramfeld, which invites you to stroll and enjoy. After a relaxing walk around the lake, you can stop off for a tarte flambée and a glass of wine at the Bramfelder Wirtshaus. For children, the location offers everything that is fun and reminds of country life. The tennis and hockey club at the Forsthof is only a 4-minute walk away. In 10 minutes you can cycle to the Kruse stables.
