Nico Richter is the head real estate agent at our Berlin office. Nico is a real "Berliner“ and has been active in the real estate industry for over 20 years. One of his main characteristics are his distinct negotiating skills. He builds up a trustful, almost familiar relationship to his business partners and clients. Also, he knows Berlin as the back of his hands and can give actual sales prices and real estate valuations down to the very cent.
When not showing a property, he takes a ride on his Triumph motorcycle or paddles through the Havel with his canoe. He is a man of challenges and always sets new, higher goals. He often makes the impossible possible and reaches extraordinary sales prices.
