INTERIOR
This fully renovated bungalow from the 1970s, designed in a modern and family-friendly style, conceals a home with an idyllic factor on nearly 1,000 sqm of land, adorned with extensive lavender beds and breathtaking views. Through the elegant entrance, one can access the first bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring daylight, a shower, and a bathtub, via the dining area and a hallway. A split-level staircase leads to the cozy workspace/guest area with two additional children's or guest/office rooms.
The staircase connecting the upper part of the house to the garden level not only provides functionality but also serves as a distinctive design element with indirect illumination, a stylish handrail, and solid wood parquet flooring. On the basement level, there is a fitness room, an office, as well as a storage room and utility room on one side.
On the other side, there is another split-level leading to the dreamy master bedroom, a place of relaxation and tranquility with an ensuite bathroom seamlessly integrated into the space using repeating materials, and direct access through floor-to-ceiling windows to the second sun terrace.
