INTERIOR
This fully renovated bungalow from the 1970s, designed in a modern and family-friendly style, conceals a home with an idyllic factor on nearly 1,000 sqm of land, adorned with extensive lavender beds and breathtaking views. Open and modern living is exuded on the ground floor through the smart layout, creating a unity with ample space and light that meets the highest standards of design and functionality.

The entrance is through a foyer with an integrated wardrobe and adjacent guest toilet, leading to the main living area. On one side, there is an open dining and kitchen area, while on the other side, there is a light-filled living-lounge area with sliding doors and an open fireplace. From here, there is a beautiful panoramic view of the sun terrace and the meticulously landscaped grounds with rare plants.

The kitchen provides a wonderful view of the lilac lavender beds and the spacious dining area on the opposite side. Large windows on both sides fill the kitchen with continuous light and a view of the green surroundings. The living room invites relaxation and comfort with stylish furniture, a coordinated color scheme in subtle anthracite tones, and an open fireplace. The design was conceived in collaboration with exclusive furniture stores Designfunktion and Leptien. The window front in this room can be fully opened, offering views of the garden and the surrounding nature and creating an extended living space through the terrace, especially during the summer months.

Through the elegant entrance, one can access the first bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring daylight, a shower, and a bathtub, via the dining area and a hallway. A split-level staircase leads to the cozy workspace/guest area with two additional children's or guest/office rooms.
The staircase connecting the upper part of the house to the garden level not only provides functionality but also serves as a distinctive design element with indirect illumination, a stylish handrail, and solid wood parquet flooring. On the basement level, there is a fitness room, an office, as well as a storage room and utility room on one side.
On the other side, there is another split-level leading to the dreamy master bedroom, a place of relaxation and tranquility with an ensuite bathroom seamlessly integrated into the space using repeating materials, and direct access through floor-to-ceiling windows to the second sun terrace. Custom-made, high-quality wooden fittings were used in the master bathroom.
Throughout the property, high-quality wooden floors and large-format tiles have been laid, adding cozy accents.

The house is equipped with the latest technology, and ongoing renovation work has been carried out. The roof was renewed in 2000, the entire interior was redesigned in 2005, and a new gas central heating and solar system were installed in 2010.

EXTERIOR
The building, originally from the 1970s, has been carefully and tastefully renovated, reflecting contemporary splendor with many modern features. The facade primarily consists of gray with white accents, while the pitched roof stands out in a typical brown-red tone.

The lovingly landscaped front garden, characterized by extensive lavender beds, reminiscent of the Provence, creates a wonderful holiday feeling, especially in the spring and summer months. The entrance to the house, framed by two graceful trees, welcomes visitors with elegant restraint.

Adjacent to the building is a spacious garage with an installed wall box, and there is also ample parking space in front of the house. The garden side of the building has been maximally opened and expanded, with large glass panels shaping the appearance.
The elevated location allows the timeless bungalow-style property to enjoy views of nature and the surroundings. Both levels of the house offer views of the garden with complete privacy.

The professionally designed south-facing plot of land, created by renowned garden architects, is accessible from the main terrace in the living area, the garden level from the master bedroom, and both sides of the house through respective gates. The garden unfolds in a skillful, terraced manner, featuring an elaborately designed green area with stylish flower and rare plant arrangements, as well as a spacious and perfectly manicured lawn, creating a paradise-like oasis atmosphere.
