Alternatively, the division into two townhouses, each with a rooftop terrace, is also possible. All necessary permits have already been obtained. Our exemplary design showcases a spacious and representative city palace. The ground floor could feature a large, grand entrance and a completely open living-dining-kitchen area with a separate library or guest/office room. Floor-to-ceiling windows distributed throughout the entire facade create a light-filled living experience. Upon entering this extraordinary city palace, visitors should be impressed by the high ceilings, spaciousness, and luxurious-modern ambiance. The open living and dining area on the ground floor allows people to gather and can also be used commercially according to the concept of "working and living under one roof." The floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors can be opened to the courtyard, making the loft-like spaces appear even more spacious. An open and expansive designer kitchen could be the future centerpiece of the house, perfect for entertaining guests. Adjacent to the stylish kitchen, bar, and lounge area, a spacious living and dining room, as well as the library, are planned. On the first and second floors, all private sleeping and working areas, as well as a total of 5 bathrooms, could be located. Here, a discreet design and an open living atmosphere are recommended, creating a stylish and exceptional living concept with a total of 9 large living spaces. The ensemble would be tastefully rounded off with high-quality fittings and sanitary facilities in the spa-like bathrooms. Of course, alternative floor plan concepts are possible at any time. For example, it could be conceivable to allocate the living and dining area on the second floor to incorporate the spacious rooftop terrace for soirées and summer dinners.
