INTERIOR
This beautiful old apartment is located in a well-maintained and elaborately renovated Art Nouveau building in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg.

From the hallway all rooms can directly be reached. First you get into the daylight bathroom. It is equipped with large tiles in a modern beige tone, chic double vanity with base cabinet, towel radiator and rain shower with seating.

Green ceramic tiles, columns with pillars and gold stucco were lovingly restored and supplemented. Meticulously crafted iron railings and handrails also show with how much attention to detail it was built once upon a day. Thus, the splendor of the past shines anew and can be experienced again. LOCATION
The apartment is located in the quiet Gleimstrasse, almost situated at the Falkplatz. The Schönhauser Allee is only a few minutes walk away and here you can find - in addition to the S and U-Bahnhof - shopping opportunities en masse, including the Schönhauser Allee Arcaden and many small boutiques and cafes. Just a stone's throw away is the famous restaurant "The Bird" and the cinema "Colosseum". The Mauerpark diagonally across the street invites you to go for a walk or jog every day and, of course, on Sundays to the weekly flea market with its famous karaoke experience.
