In Hagastaden, next to the planned Norra Stationsparken, Einar Mattsson developed the Nova Park project with 127 residences, with move-ins beginning in June 2019. Buyers could choose between tower apartments with a cosy elegance or industrial-inspired studio apartments with 4.25-metre ceilings and lofts. All apartments featured well-considered layouts, high-quality materials, balconies or terraces, and excellent storage.

The apartments are heated via air channels within the building frame, eliminating the need for radiators. This makes every apartment easier to furnish. The bathrooms are well-planned and equipped with a washing machine and dryer, or a combined washer-dryer.
