This area benefits from underfloor heating. A few steps down behind the kitchen leads to the original garage, roughly 16 m², which has been converted into a living room area with a second wood-burning stove, a bathroom, and a single bedroom.

EXTERIOR
The house is surrounded by covered and uncovered terraces, creating a versatile outdoor area. The covered porch, measuring 32 m², is equipped with retractable glass panels, transforming it into an all-year-round living space. Additionally, there is a rooftop terrace offering 360-degree views. The plot hosts several structures: a casita with an outdoor bar and shower by the pool, an old garage now used for storage, a wooden cabin functioning as a guest house, and a covered parking area. The land comprises three plots totaling approximately 28,000 m², all forested. There are two gates: one electric gate at the plot's entrance and another gate at the house.

LOCATION
The house is situated at a high point in the landscape, 250 meters above sea level. The nearest town is Algaida, reachable within 10 minutes. Palma and the airport are only about a 20-25 minute drive away.
