INTERIOR
The finca’s interior reveals a clear architectural narrative. From the moment you step inside, the view opens onto a spacious living area with an impressive ceiling height of nearly five meters. Finca Son Planas enjoys a tranquil, secluded position just outside the small village of Biniali, in the municipality of Sencelles, surrounded by the wide landscape of the Pla de Mallorca. Vineyards of renowned bodegas, together with almond and olive groves, shape the scenery and lend it a serene Mediterranean character.

Biniali, with only a few hundred residents, retains a rare authenticity in Mallorca, its narrow streets, church of Sant Cristòfol, and historic houses largely unchanged. Nearby Sencelles offers everyday amenities, shops, and cafés, while Binissalem, famed for its vineyards, is considered the island’s wine capital.

From Son Planas, sweeping views stretch across the plain to the Tramuntana Mountains, which form a dramatic backdrop on the horizon.
