INTERIOR
The constructed area is 656 m² spread over 2 buildings, one of which has 2 wings separated by a two-storey entrance hall with an open staircase.
The construction programme includes a very large kitchen/dining/living area with an adjoining terrace and views through a panoramic window, past an old olive tree, to the shimmering turquoise pool of over 100 m². In this wing, there is also a bedroom with its own bathroom, a guest toilet, prep kitchen, laundry room, storage room etc.

Only the finest materials were used in the interior: earth grey-beige Spanish Gris Zarci natural stone floors similar to the washbasins in the bathrooms, smooth white plastered walls in contrast to the local iridescent quarry stone walls built according to Mallorquin traditional craft, wooden door elements that reach up to the ceiling, visible beams also made of natural-colored wood. Traditional elements meet modern design here.
The fitted kitchen with central counter and its smooth, dark wooden doors sets a striking accent here. The size and technical equipment allow for brilliant cooking, the results of which can be enjoyed both inside and out.
Spending time by the pool with its indentation and 103 m² water surface is like being on a small island, surrounded by water to the right, left and front.
EXTERIOR & LOCATION
This finca was newly built on a 50,000 m² plot. It forms a triangle with Campos and Santanyi and is only 10 minutes away from the beautiful Es Trenc beach, which is part of a nature reserve in the municipality of Campos.
Situated on a slight hill, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea from all levels. The building ensemble consists of 3 buildings. 2 buildings together form a slight angle, with the space in between forming the two-storey entrance hall. The 3rd building is slightly set back.
The new building perfectly reinterprets the structure and character of the old fincas. Pitched roofs with roof overhangs and the pale red clay tile roofing are elementary here. The windows, which vary in size but are always vertically aligned with the green louvre shutters, allow light and sun to flood the rooms in a variety of ways. Particularly important are the natural stone walls, which are so striking on the outside, inside and on the walls in the garden area.
The entire ensemble thrives on these references to traditional Mallorcan architecture. Materials, surfaces and colors were used consistently.
The garden and the rest of the grounds were also designed to an extremely high standard by a renowned landscape architect. Beds and green areas are bordered by narrow, rust-brown metal profiles that delimit pale yellow gravel areas and paths. The plants used were whitish yellow grasses, purple-red flowering perennials, green iridescent flat shrubs, etc. This created the classic contrasts of lines, dots and surfaces.
Highlights are the large, old, gnarled olive trees that surround the buildings and give the impression that everything has always been like this.
The extensive grounds and the 200 m² outbuilding open up various possibilities for use, such as the storage of agricultural equipment needed for growing olives, oranges, almonds etc., new cars or vintage cars, or even for keeping horses, as is the case almost next door, where polo horses are bred. It could also be finished and serve as a spacious guest house, if construction law allows in the future.
Simply going on vacation and enjoying the pool, the sea, the beach, and the beautiful weather with the whole family, friends or acquaintances is also an extremely tempting option. All this just a 10-minute walk from the sea. The town center of Campos can be reached in 15 minutes and PMI airport in 25 minutes by car.
