Although only a short drive from Mahón, the setting feels entirely removed from the everyday. Holm oak woodland and ancient olive trees surround the estate, creating a sense of privacy and continuity with the land that defines this corner of Menorca.

Built in 1994 and carefully maintained, the house follows the language of traditional Menorcan country architecture. A wide covered porch stretches along the façade, naturally drawing life outdoors. Positioned just steps from the swimming pool, it becomes the centre of daily life during the warmer months, a place for long meals, shade and uninterrupted views across the surrounding hills.

Inside, the ground floor unfolds from a generous entrance hall that connects the main living spaces. A spacious dining room anchored by a fireplace forms the heart of the home, while the kitchen offers room for informal meals and direct access to the garden.
