Originally built in 1950 and thoughtfully rebuilt in 2025, the house has been carefully reworked using local materials, preserving its modest character while introducing contemporary comfort and clarity.

The interior unfolds across 50 square metres, with two bedrooms and a single bathroom arranged for simplicity and ease. The architecture remains intentionally understated, allowing material choices, light and proximity to the sea to take precedence. Air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, while the restrained design keeps the focus on atmosphere rather than excess.
