Unrivalled panoramic sea & sunset views all year round
Set above Cala Vadella, the house is defined by its position rather than its form. A clear west-facing orientation establishes the entire layout, with open sea and distant islands held across a continuous horizontal line.
The architecture is composed as a series of simple volumes, stepped into the terrain and connected through terraces rather than corridors. The main level is organised as a single living plane, where kitchen, dining and lounge align along the façade. Full-height glazing frames the view without interruption, while deeper covered sections introduce shade and depth.
The kitchen sits slightly recessed, supported by a separate pantry, allowing it to shift between open and contained. Living areas extend directly outward, moving onto terraces that gradually step down towards the pool.
Three bedrooms are positioned along this level, including the main suite. Their placement is deliberate — set back enough for privacy, but still anchored to the horizon.
Pool level
The villa revolves around a single, dominant platform.
Rather than fragmenting the exterior, the pool terrace is held as one continuous surface — flat, open, and proportioned to match the scale of the house. The pool sits centrally within this plane, aligned with the view.
Along the rear edge, a linear bar element integrates storage, laundry and service areas into a single architectural line. It reads less as an addition and more as part of the composition — a functional spine that supports the terrace without interrupting it.
Lower level
Below, a secondary living layer mirrors the logic of the main floor. A self-contained apartment with its own kitchen, living area and three bedrooms, connected visually and physically to the pool terrace.
A curved volume adjacent to the pool introduces a softer geometry, currently used as a gym, but open to any options.
Movement through the house is defined by shifts in level rather than separation. Terraces step, widen and compress, but remain visually connected.
The absence of perimeter barriers allows the landscape to stay present — glass balustrades dissolve the edge, keeping the horizon uninterrupted.
The result is a house that reads horizontally, anchored to its setting, with light and view as its primary materials.
