EXTERIOR

The representative Art Nouveau building, listed as a monument, was built in 1903 during the Wilhelminian period. For many years a house of film with actors, cinema owners, projectionists and friends as residents. Completely, qualitatively according to the highest standards and with the accompaniment of the monument authority, freshly elaborately renovated.

The beige sandstone facade with stucco elements and Art Nouveau balcony railings characterize the magnificent appearance of the building, which thus joins the charm of Otto Beck Street. The balcony railings of the front elevation were completely refurbished - sandblasted, spray-galvanized and powder-coated. 11 apartments are spread over 7 floors.

OTHER
