In the entire penthouse ceiling lights were let in. The blinds are made of brushed stainless steel.
There is a basement storage, as well as space for various bikes in the courtyard of the building. The ownership society is small and has only five parties.

EXTERIOR
The beautiful “Altbau” building is to be entered through an enchanted front garden, and eventually you reach a tasteful entree with an extravagant checkerboard pattern. The well-maintained staircase’s Altbau charm has been preserved through original details such as wooden flooring and a handcrafted railing.

The penthouse is situated in a central location in a quiet, green side street of the Eckenheimer Landstrasse. Various shopping possibilities such as Rewe, Basic Biomarkt and the small Italian deli are in immediate walking distance. The “Weinstube”, “Papa Nova“ and “Eis Christina“ are in the direct neighbourhood. The tube station “Glauburgstrasse” is 300 meters away, in only a few minutes the A66 can be reached and in approximately 20 minutes Frankfurt International Airport.
