Fantastic Frank continues its international expansion with the opening of an office in Mexico City, marking the brand’s debut in Latin America and its presence in the largest city within its global network to date.
Founded in Stockholm in 2010, Fantastic Frank has grown into a design-driven real estate brand with 18 offices across 9 countries, known for presenting homes with the sensibility of an interior magazine and a strong connection to the architecture and design world. The arrival in Mexico City represents a natural next step – a city where culture, architecture, and creativity intersect at an exceptional scale.
The launch is accompanied by a curated selection of properties that reflect the breadth of the market. Among them is Caleta, a creative residence in Santa María la Ribera – a 1930s home defined by its proportions and layered history. Carefully restored by renowned architect Alberto Kalach, original finishes and restrained Art Deco details remain, while former living spaces have been reimagined as light-filled studios arranged around quiet garden courtyards, allowing the architecture to adapt to both living and creative use.
The Mexico City office is led by Vanessa Kerr, Omar Rodriguez and Sean Kavanah, a team bringing complementary expertise across brokerage, development, and high-end residential projects. Vanessa brings more than fifteen years of experience selling homes in Mexico City, Omar is a local real estate developer with deep knowledge of the market, and Sean has extensive experience marketing some of Mexico’s most exclusive properties.
Fantastic Frank Mexico City will primarily focus on properties in the city’s most design-forward neighborhoods, while also representing a curated selection of architect-designed homes across the country.
