Designed by Hoyer Architekten Berlin, this apartment feels like a study in proportion and material restraint. Floor to ceiling glazing floods the open living space with soft, filtered light, while high level sound insulation ensures an atmosphere of rare urban quiet. Mineral surfaces in muted concrete tones meet warm, wide plank timber floors, creating a palette that is both tactile and composed.

At its heart, a sculptural black kitchen integrates seamlessly into the architecture. Handleless cabinetry conceals Miele appliances, while a Bora cooktop is set flush into the island, maintaining the clean lines. Bespoke joinery runs throughout, adding rhythm and depth. A custom bed in a warm organic wood tone anchors the bedroom, and a separate study, enclosed by a soundproof glass door, offers privacy without disrupting the spatial flow.

The bathroom is conceived as a private retreat. A monolithic vanity, carefully selected fittings, and an infrared sauna introduce a spa like calm. Underfloor heating, air conditioning, and a layered lighting concept with integrated LED details create an effortless atmosphere from day to evening. A concealed projection screen with built in surround sound transforms the living area into a cinematic setting.
