This exciting new apartment is located in the Scheunenviertel, one of the hottest districts in Berlin-Mitte. The L 142 building was designed by the architects Peters and Wormuth and was completed in 2017. The apartment is on the 1st floor and faces northeast and southwest.

All rooms have smaller, triangular balconies or a terrace in front of them. A niche for the cloakroom in the entrance area was even thought of.
