INTERIOR
This beautiful period apartment with its classic coffered doors, double box windows and a pleasant room height of 3.25 m is completely oriented towards the quiet tree-lined Hiddenseer Straße and offers a great floor plan on 61 m². There are two rooms measuring over 20 m², which can alternatively be designed as living rooms or bedrooms.
All rooms are very bright. One room presents itself in a sunny hue and is particularly charming thanks to its cozy bay window with the six-part street-side window and the additional side window with a view of the sweet balcony. The other room shines in fresh sage green and offers access to the stylish, dark beige shower room in concrete ciré. A large window provides plenty of natural light here too. The centrally located kitchen is spacious and easy to furnish. There is space for a dining table, which also gives this room with access to the balcony a special feel-good character.
The entire apartment is in good and freshly renovated condition. All original characterful floorboards have been freshly stripped.
EXTERIOR
The building on Hiddenseer Straße is a typical Wilhelminian style building that was extensively renovated in 1998. The loft conversion took place in 2001. The apartment has its own gas heating system. A cellar room and an inner courtyard with bicycle racks are also part of the offer.
The facade of the building is characterized by typical elements of historicism, including bay windows, balconies, perforated facades, lattice windows and stucco elements. What is striking is the curved gable with vertical and horizontal clinker brick bands, which refers to the architecture of the Hanseatic cities and gives the building an independent, yet appropriate appearance in the surrounding buildings.
When the attic was expanded, two modern dormers were planned symmetrically to the historic gable in order to harmoniously complement the appearance of the building. The pastel coloring of the facade emphasizes the decorative elements and gives the building a decorative character.
In the entrance area you will encounter authentic, historical elements such as the entrance door with glass windows and the cement tiles in the stairwell. Living here combines modernity and history in a reserved and harmonious way - a big city ambience that is calm and lively at the same time.
