A former book and fine art printing house, reimagined as a generous maisonette across two levels. Steel-framed windows, exposed brickwork and visible concrete structures reflect its industrial past, while the open layout creates a calm, continuous flow of space. A sculptural steel staircase leads to a glass mezzanine, adding vertical depth and defining subtle transitions between living and retreat.
The material palette remains honest and restrained. Oak flooring runs throughout, complemented by bespoke joinery and a kitchen that balances precision with warmth. In the bathroom, raw brick meets minimal fixtures and a freestanding tub. A separate ground-floor apartment with its own entrance introduces an additional layer of independence to the overall composition.
