INTERIOR
An architecturally precise ensemble by Urbansky Architekten unfolds within a tranquil, leafy courtyard. The maisonette extends across two levels, combining clean lines, understated elegance and a sense of natural openness.

On the garden level, the interior unfolds along a fluid axis from the kitchen to the terrace. A custom-made fitted kitchen with Siemens appliances is integrated into the floor plan as a calm, anchoring element. Natural light shapes the architecture, softens the surfaces and lends the space an airy, expansive quality. Charlottenburg Strasse lies in Weißensee, a district that embodies urban tranquility like few others. Just minutes away, Weißer See has become a natural extension of many residents’ living rooms.
