The design concept seamlessly blends Art Nouveau with modern elegance. In the bathrooms, the exclusive Prediger lighting system creates an atmospheric glow, further elevating the high-end aesthetic. Additionally, brand-new radiators have been installed throughout the entire apartment, combining energy efficiency with stylish design.

Markgraf-Albrecht-Straße is one of West Berlin's most prestigious residential areas.
