The house unfolds as a split-level bungalow across three levels, originally built in 1974 and thoughtfully reinterpreted for contemporary living. Conceived as a bungalow, the architecture plays with gentle changes in level that connect the floors through fluid transitions rather than rigid separations. Spaces overlap and open into one another, allowing light to travel freely through the interior. Materials remain calm and precise, shaping an atmosphere that feels open, balanced, and quietly confident.

At garden level, the living area forms the social heart of the bungalow. Living and dining flow seamlessly into one another and are framed by a broad expanse of glazing that extends the space outward to the terrace and garden. Here, the boundary between inside and outside dissolves, and the garden becomes part of daily life. The kitchen is set slightly apart, deliberately understated yet closely connected to the dining area, balancing clarity with proximity. This level is completed by a generous entrance hall with a centrally placed staircase and a guest bathroom. The primary bedroom is also located on this level, true to the original bungalow concept of comfortable living on one floor, with its own en suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, offering a private retreat anchored in calm and greenery.

The upper level introduces a more intimate layer to the bungalow. Three well-proportioned bedrooms are arranged around the staircase, defined by clear geometry and restrained elegance.
