INTERIOR
This stunning penthouse, designed by Club Marginal Architects as part of an attic conversion, features a thoughtfully balanced layout that seamlessly blends open living spaces with private areas. Throughout the apartment, Italian ceramic tiles in the "Ceppo di Gre" model create a cohesive and elegant foundation, complemented by underfloor heating for maximum comfort. Electric blinds, sun protection above skylights, and the Jung LS990 switch series add to the apartment’s modern convenience, while a thermal bath and water softening system enhance the overall living experience.
Upon entry, a central hallway leads to all major rooms, with built-in cupboards offering generous storage solutions, a bookcase, and a designated rear cupboard for a washing machine connection. To the left, the expansive living and dining area welcomes natural light through large windows. The space is anchored by a DRU gas fireplace, creating a cozy focal point. Adjacent to this, the kitchen exudes minimalist sophistication, custom-crafted by DER RAUM. The matte black cabinetry is paired with a natural stone worktop in granite "Nero Assoluto," while a Bora hob with an integrated extractor hood and premium Siemens appliances ensure cutting-edge functionality. A black sink and matching faucet blend seamlessly into the design, while a skylight and discreet black shelf add natural light and refined simplicity. A light-wood table and chairs warm the monochromatic palette, completing the inviting yet contemporary look.
The private quarters are located on the right side of the apartment. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a private terrace, offering a serene outdoor retreat. The luxurious bathroom is adorned with Italian ceramic tiles also in the "Ceppo di Gre" model, paired with Duravit ceramics and fittings. A white sink with a minimalist metal frame adds a sleek industrial touch, while indirect lighting by Stromlinie+ Lichtdesign enhances the spa-like atmosphere. The bathroom also includes a bathtub and a walk-in shower, ensuring both comfort and functionality.
A secondary bedroom, ideal as a guest room or home office, is located near the living area for flexibility. Adjacent is a second bathroom, designed for convenience and practicality. The apartment also features a technical room housing essential utilities, maintaining the clean aesthetic.
The private terrace extending from the living room and the additional terrace off the master bedroom further enhance the apartment's appeal, offering tranquil outdoor spaces. Thus, this penthouse seamlessly combines modern luxury, functionality, and exceptional design, creating a highly livable and stylish home.
EXTERIOR
The facade showcases a multi-story residential building with a light cream exterior, exuding a clean and modernized aesthetic. Symmetrical white-framed windows are evenly spaced across the facade, complemented by black metal balconies with minimalist railings, adding depth and functionality. Rounded corners on one side of the building soften its overall appearance, while the combination of classical elements, such as the tiled roof and symmetrical layout, with contemporary details like the sleek balconies, gives the building a timeless yet modern look.
The entrance hall features a classic design with high ceilings, a decorative plaster medallion, and a spherical pendant light. The arched dark brown wooden door, with glass panels, allows natural light to brighten the space. Walls are painted off-white, accented with molding and glossy green ceramic tiles on the lower half. The black-and-white hexagonal tile flooring adds a timeless touch.
