Clearly structured with a Cubro kitchen and west-facing balcony
A thoughtfully renovated apartment with calm proportions, a clear and well-established layout, and carefully selected materials. From the generous living area through to the west-facing balcony, the apartment unfolds as a restrained and cohesive home where design and everyday life come together with ease. Presented as a first occupancy following renovation, it is defined by precision, light, and a consciously reduced architectural language.
The entrance leads directly into the efficiently organized kitchen area. The custom-made Cubro kitchen is arranged in a linear format and complemented by an integrated window-side bench. Adjacent is the daylight bathroom, fitted with fixtures by Laufen and Kronenbach. A separate utility room with washing machine connection and additional storage is discreetly integrated, relieving the living areas while preserving the original floor plan.
The living space forms the heart of the apartment. Generously proportioned and calm in character, it allows for a clear distinction between living and dining areas. The west-facing balcony extends the room outward, bringing afternoon light and a sense of openness without compromising the intimacy of the interior.
The private area is deliberately set apart. The bedroom is accessed via a wardrobe zone and complemented by a separate dressing area. This sequence follows the existing layout and creates a sense of order, privacy, and understated elegance.
