Fantastic Frank Appoints New CMO

Fantastic Frank, the design-led real estate agency from Stockholm, appoints Margarita Kradjian as the new Chief Marketing Officer – a strategic decision aimed at further strengthening the company's international position.

In her new role as CMO, Margarita Kradjian will join the company's management team, take on overall marketing responsibilities, and lead the company's international branding initiatives.

– The core of our business is to present properties in a visually appealing way. Having established a presence across Europe and the US, our distinctive Scandinavian identity provides us with advantages on an international level. I am excited about expanding Fantastic Frank to more markets. We have set the benchmark for property presentation, and it’s time for other markets to follow, says Margarita Kradjian.

Margarita, who most recently served as the Global Marketing Manager at Fantastic Frank and previously played a key role in building the communication department at insurtech startup Hedvig, brings valuable expertise to her new position.

– With Margarita's experience and knowledge in brand building, marketing, and communication, she is the right person to expand our digital presence and develop Fantastic Frank's brand internationally. We are entering an extensive expansion phase, during which we will soon open several new branches worldwide and need to hold onto our Scandinavian identity. Next up is Amsterdam, where we plan to open our first Dutch office this spring, says Sven Wallén, CEO of Fantastic Frank.
