A few years ago, the three founders Mattias Kardell, Sven Wallén and Tomas Backman received an email from Hanna Nova Beatrice, Residence's editor-in-chief, with a single question: "Can we tell Fantastic Frank's story?"

Ten thousand blog posts, articles and mentions but no one had told the whole story, the philosophy and the driving force behind Fantastic Frank Real Estate. Editor-in-chief Hanna Nova, along with Johanna Swanberg, text, and Mattias Bardå, photo, did the long report, which is in stores now.
