We are seeking skilled and driven sales and commercial professionals to join our successful Palma team at Fantastic Frank as Real Estate Agents. We only hire experienced brokers with a proven track record. Your role involves guiding customers through the sales process, emphasizing transparency, security, and achieving high final prices.

Position Description:
• Secure properties for sale and sell properties within our portfolio
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, partners, lawyers, and banks
Applicant Characteristics:
• Proven professional experience with a successful track record
• In-depth knowledge of the Spanish real estate market
• Sales-oriented, result-driven, and mindful of human aspects of the business
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German, Spanish, and other languages are a plus
• Fast learner, agile, dynamic professional
• Familiarity with CRM software and a love for design and aesthetics
Remuneration & Conditions:
• Market-leading commission
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
