FANTASTIC FRANK OPENS FOURTH GERMAN OFFICE
After more than ten years honing the art of showing and selling properties like no other real estate brand in Europe, Fantastic Frank has opened an office in Heidelberg, their fourth office in Germany.
Founded in 2010 in Stockholm, Sweden Fantastic Frank has since expanded throughout Europe, establishing offices in Denmark, Germany, Spain, Italy and Portugal. The newly opened office in the metropolitan region Rhein-Neckar with the wine area Pfalz complements the existing German offices in Berlin, Hamburg and Frankfurt.
The office in Heidelberg will be run by Matthias Haring, Miriam Haring and Andreas Heymann. The idea was born one year ago when Matthias walked past Fantastic Franks office in Palma.
– The way they presented the properties really sparked my interest. One look at the homepage and it was clear – this is an intelligent evolution of real estate. And that’s exactly what I want to bring to my region in Germany, says Matthias Haring.
Matthias continues: I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Together with my team we've developed our business into one of the market leaders in energetic facade construction and general construction in the Rhein-Neckar region. In addition, I’ve been working with project development and turnkey constructions with my business partner Andreas Heymann. With this technical expertise and my industry network, I can both inspire and professionally guide our customers at Fantastic Frank.
From architectural and fashion photographers to art directors and interior stylists, Fantastic Frank works with leading design industry professionals to achieve the kind of enchanting visual storytelling that buyers expect when looking for the property of their dreams and that catch the eye of design magazines editors, with properties often featured in leading international design publications.
