The Outdoor Area
Outside, you will enjoy meals and relaxation on a large veranda overlooking the sea. Fully complemented with tables, chairs, sofas, and barbeque. Just below the veranda, there’s a wooden sun deck, and swimming pool overlooking the sea. A large lawn and two acres of land around the property, with many different fruit trees, will allow you to merge in a relaxing rural framework.
The villa is in the area south of Bari (about 40/45 km), one of the most genuine and enchanting areas in Apulia, with a rich cultural heritage and traditions, a crystalline sea and beautiful beaches. In the area (from 5 to 30 minutes drive) you can visit the Trulli of Alberobello (Unesco site), the caves of Castellana Grotte, the unique historic centre of Polignano with its sea views from the 'balconies', medieval Conversano, Martina Franca and the Valle d'Itria, Monopoli with its fishing boats and baroque cathedral, Cisternino, Ostuni the 'white city', the safari zoo at Fasano, Grottaglie, famous for its pottery, Locorotondo and the 'Sassi' of Matera amongst others, Polignano a Mare village (4 km) and Monopoli (5 km). Capitolo area (part of Monopoli at 8 km) has the widest selection, from rocky to long sandy beaches, as well as private beaches with facilities as free beaches.
