INTERIOR
The two-storey designer house, which was made of a single material - concrete - ensures with its open design and the floor to ceiling windows a very pleasant living atmosphere with a lofty atrium character.
The layout is classic - the ground floor is accessed via the entrée in the large living / dining area with open kitchen, fireplace and sky-frame-windows. The off-white Italian professional kitchen from Valcucine has a practical Bora exhaust system and an InSinkErator resp. food waste disposer. All devices are from Gaggenau. The 2.40 m wide gas fireplace comes from the Dutch manufacturer Element 4. On the same floor is also a guest bathroom with natural light, a bedroom with direct access to the garden and a small terrace, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a gym with access to the garden, a technical room and a very spacious double garage for up to three cars with direct access to the house.
From the open living area you can enter the spacious outdoor area with extensive terraces and a surrounding garden with automatic irrigation system. A highlight here is the infinity pool made of stainless steel with various technical finesses - such as a solar hood, air heat pump, UV filter, LED lighting and double counter-current system.
From the ground floor one reaches the upper floor via a floating concrete staircase. On this floor there is a large, open study with elaborate fixtures, a utility room and a spacious, walk-in dressing area with high quality fitted wardrobes.
Furthermore, the master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom, which also offers some highlights - all around floor to ceiling windows with shutters, a free-standing bathtub, separate toilet with natural light, a large walk-in shower, sauna with Ambilight and sound system, steam bath, infrared and a wellness area to relax. All fittings are from Keuco.
The house fascinates with its open, lofty, modern character and the resulting brightness in all rooms. The open construction in combination with exposed concrete, the generous window surfaces and the "comdoors" (frameless and ceiling high) create a unique living atmosphere. The elaborately cast-in-situ concrete and oak parquet floors with underfloor heating, the fireplace, the lush garden yet creates a "cozyness" and warmth throughout the property.
In addition, the villa has a security system with alarm system, interior monitoring and automatic "dog barking" with bell operation. Around the entire house are motion cameras with automatic recording that provide extra security.
EXTERIOR
The building was built in the Bauhaus style in 2015 and 2016 using only high-quality materials and a very thoughtful living concept. The concrete roof has an EPDM seal and was industrially welded in a factory. The beautifully landscaped garden, which leads around the entire house, the spacious south-facing terrace and the heated pool, that can be used until late autumn create a very special holiday feeling.
LOCATION
The community Oberursel is located about 10 kilometers from the metropolis Frankfurt am Main. Oberursel has 46,000 inhabitants and is the second largest city in the Hochtaunuskreis. The central location offers a convenient connection by car, S-Bahn or underground in the Rhine Main area. Thanks to its immediate proximity to the Taunus Oberursel offers a high recreational value and many shops.
The property is located in a nice and quiet street and is in walking distance to the Oberurseler inner and old town. Many cafes such as the Artcafè & Vineria Macondo or Café Heller (with its own chocolate manufactory!), restaurants (insider tip: the Marktweib) and the picturesque Maasgrund with its pond and many walking paths are all within walking distance only a few minutes away.
