INTERIOR
The entrance leads into the open, light-flooded living and dining area. With 3.10 m high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling window fronts, the striking impression of a loft is created. From the living-dining area, which is kept in a modern, discreet elephant gray, you have direct access to the spacious west terrace with rooftop feeling. The views of the surrounding buildings, such as the "East Village", "Little Soho", the "Main Plaza" and other impressive buildings give the apartment this unique, urban flair.
Adjoining the dining area is the open-plan, spacious Italian designer kitchen by Aster Cucine, which also opens up onto the terrace. The high-quality concrete fronts all in taupe-color were custom-made in 2016 and are a special eye-catcher. With all kitchen appliances, u.a. equipped by the Swiss premium brand V-ZUG, this kitchen is a paradise for amateur and professional chefs.
The apartment also offers a spacious bedroom with adjoining daylight bathroom and direct access to the east-facing balcony. The master bathroom with natural stone floor in gray is equipped with a bathtub and a separate rain shower.
Furthermore, the apartment has a study/guest room with adjoining balcony, and a guest bathroom with a practical niche for washing machine and dryer.
The materials used for the floors are the sand-colored natural stone "Altmühltal" as well as white-oiled oak parquet. This fondness for sophisticated materials can also be found in the selection of fittings (Dornbracht) and bathroom objects which come from Duravit (Philipp Starck series).
Highly insulated partition walls ensure undisturbed living. The underfloor heating creates a cozy warmth on an ecological basis. An elevator, massive apartment doors as a sound and fire protection, as well as a modern entrance system with video monitoring complete the overall technical picture as a really contemporary one.
The apartment also has a large, massive basement room and an underground parking space which can be purchased separately for 30,000 euro.
EXTERIOR
The district was planned and implemented by the architect Tom Bock on the site of the former "Schlachthof". Based on the well-known New York "Soho" district, he preferred brick facades and placed emphasis on viewing angles towards the east-west and north-south. Spacious gardens, balconies and terraces provide space for relaxation. Thus, a highly sophisticated residential district on the Main-river, in the heart of Frankfurt, emerged.
LOCATION
Due to its direct location by the Main the "East Village" is a place where culture, gastronomy and leisure activities mix with urban lifestyle. The residential ensemble entices with the typical charm of Sachsenhausen, the green parks and with an impressive view of the Frankfurt skyline. The well-known "Gerbermühle", a classic, upscale beer garden, the prominent restaurant "A Casa di Tomilaia", as well as the up-and-coming Alt-Sachsenhausen with its bars, clubs and the Hotel Lindenberg are within walking distance. The nearby Museumsufer offers world-class museums, and the two shores of the Main-river are ideal for strolling and jogging.
The location is also characterized by excellent transport links. The motorway access to the A661 and the A3 and A5 can be reached within a few minutes. The Frankfurt Airport is about 15 minutes away by car and the S-Bahn as well as the tram are both within walking distance. A bus stop is also right in front of the house.
