When planning the Villa Wolfspfad, our architects (Rainer Görg Architekten) focused on a reduction to the essentials, but without sacrificing the advantages of a luxurious lifestyle. This becomes obvious as soon as you enter the villa, with a view of the all-round glazed, landscaped atrium, which connects the garden floor with the ground floor by a spiral staircase. On a total of up to 500 projected sqm, a residential paradise for a modern, discerning family unfolds on three levels.
The open living area on the ground floor offers a spacious dining area as well as a lounge, many seats, an open designer fireplace, its own house bar and a direct view of the extensive property and the stylish green atrium, the ideal conditions for relaxing hours. The open designer kitchen with bar area and large pantry is directly connected to the living area, but is discreetly separated by the corner location. The reduced design and the gentle incidence of light through the floor-to-ceiling window fronts provide an additional plus of inner peace and increase the quality of life of the residents. The almost 50 sqm sun terrace serves as an extended living room with an absolute holiday character in the summer months and offers an undigested view as far as Frankfurt.
On the garden floor, two children's rooms, two large master bathrooms and the master bedroom create a feel-good place with Feng Shui flair. The master bath with freestanding bathtub and the fitness area with an adjacent sauna invite you to gently regenerate. A dressing room and the building services room serve as further practical rooms on this level.
A highlight of the villa is the roof terrace on the flat roof with a view as far as Frankfurt. Due to its southern exposure, intensive hours of sunshine, barbecues and sundowners can be enjoyed here with family and friends. The basement can be used as a separate guest and au pair area. Here you will also find the 30 sqm professional wine cellar and a large storage cellar.
With 1,150 sqm and a handsome stock of trees, the southern plot of the Villa Wolfspfad resembles a private park. The minimalist architecture of our architects (Rainer Görg Architekten) creates a fascinating connection with the surroundings and the surrounding nature. The structure of the building lives from a timeless purism: The clear lines in combination with floor-to-ceiling windows and a green atrium in the middle of the house construction impress with extravagance and integrate nature in a contemporary way both inside and outside. Glass, white plastered concrete, steel and a flat roof dominate the architectural design.
The large double garage offers space for two SUVs and is located right next to the entrance area with a generous entrance hall to facilitate shopping through short distances. Due to the corner location, the ingrown tree population and the generous property, a high degree of privacy is given around the house.
The villa is situated in one of the top locations of Bad Soden, in a quiet villa area directly by the forest. A special feature is the nature reserve Unteres Altenhainer Tal, which invites you to evening walks with your dog not far from the Villa Wolfspfad. The picturesque little town lies in the middle of the dynamic Rhine-Main region and has been able to preserve its spa tradition. One example among many is the magnificent half-timbered houses in the town centre, numerous art nouveau villas and the freely accessible medicinal springs.
Despite its tranquil size, the city offers a wealth of recreational opportunities with four parks, some of which are listed, an outdoor swimming pool and numerous restaurants. In the heart of the old town of Bad Soden, between "Wilhelmspark" and „Quellenpark", the unique architecture of the famous architect and artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser was appropriately staged.
In addition to its attractive location in the middle of the green Hochtaunus, Bad Soden offers the immediate vicinity of the European financial metropolis Frankfurt am Main, the Hessian state capital Wiesbaden and the Rhineland-Palatinate state capital Mainz with excellent transport connections. Frankfurt International Airport can also be easily reached by car and public transport in 20 minutes.
Numerous upscale restaurants such as the Rocco Italian Grill & Bar, Gustavs Brasserie, Mendelssohn Casa or the stylish Espresso Bar Ave, the well-known and carefully curated interior shop Knallgrau and many other shopping and leisure facilities are within walking distance.
