The apartment is located south-western part of Berlin, is a popular district of Zehlendorf, which has many green areas and water parks. The house is situated in a quiet side street between Clayallee and Berliner Straße. Good transport links are provided by the nearby train stations Sundgauer street and Zehlendorf (both S1), which can be reached in 8-10 minutes. There are also several bus lines as M48, X11 and 101, the stops to have about two minutes walk away. The motorway A10 is just like the Zehlendorfer center about 5 minutes away from the house. Within a short distances to Schlachtensee and Krumme Lanke there are the many green parks and the shopping streets around the Zehlendorfer center, which offers many shops, supermarkets, day care centers, schools and doctors, this beautiful residential area round off perfectly.

The object in the Charlottenburger Straße 8 is a 2-storey house, which was built in 1961 and 1999 extensively modernized.
