INTERIOR
This garden level apartment impresses with its free, quiet south facing position. When entering the apartment one will be impressed by the ceiling height of about 3.5 meters. The sun comes in almost all day long and irradiates the newly laid herringbone parquet. On cold days, there is a pleasant warmth by an underfloor heating system. Kitchen/dining room are connected by a recessed French door, which underlines the open and spacious atmosphere of the apartment. Both rooms are directed to the broad blind alley facing towards the south. In the living room there is a historic brick wall which was exposed as an optical highlight. All rooms can be reached from the hallway, even the quiet bedroom to the garden/courtyard area. Almost all rooms have wonderful stucco details.
The design bathroom is made out of porcelain stoneware in light beige. It has a spacious walk-in shower, a bathtub, plenty of counter space, recessed spotlights and a large mirror. Washer and dryer can be placed in a separate niche where all connections are already prepared. The bathroom also has a large multi-leaf window, which easy allows ventilation even with lowered shutters. In addition, it is also has a forced ventilation, thus the opening of the windows is not mandatory.
Another special feature are the electric shutters in front of all windows (smart home tech adaptable). Depending on your needs, you can use the apartment as a 2-room apartment with a large kitchen or as a 3-room apartment with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms.
EXTERIOR
The building has been extensively renovated. Among other things, the façade and the balconies have been renewed, the front doors of the apartments have been redesigned, a completely new inner courtyard has been laid out and the basement has been renovated. To the apartment also belongs a cellar space, which offers additional storage space.
LOCATION
The Prenzlauer Berg is a well-situated district of Berlin, which was "conquered" immediately after the fall of the wall and therefore is the pioneer of all scene districts.
Numerous sweet cafés, pubs, clubs, restaurants, bars, galleries and even theaters enrich this district. The multicultural flair comes originally from the French and Americans. The Prenzlauer Berg includes the largest Wilhelminian-style area in Germany. Picturesque squares and streets are very common here and create a particularly nice living atmosphere. The property is located very close to the Mauerpark with many shops such as a REWE and Aldi in walking distance. It is also located in the triangle between the stations Eberswalder Strasse, Gesundbrunnen and Schönhauser Allee. Thus, a perfect connection to the transporting network is guaranteed. But also by foot you love to explore this neighborhood.
