INTERIOR
This apartment located in a historic old building has been recently been renovated and turned into a trendy, pastel-colored dream home accentuated by black features.
The apartment's layout is clever, as both rooms and the bathroom branch off the short hallway. In the bedroom and living room high-quality parquet in oak was laid, which creates a pleasantly warm atmosphere.
The bedroom is, like the rest of the apartment, facing towards the quiet courtyard (southwest). The hallway offers a white, discreet built-in wardrobe and thus you have enough space for a generous bed, sideboard, floor lamps etc. in the bedroom.
From the hallway you then enter the modern bathroom with a rain shower. The walls were tiled with large, matt-white tiles and the floor is in a classic gray-brown tone. The design is underlined with a simple oval mirror light and a hand-crafted washbasin in mint green with black fittings.
The living room with a newly built balcony offers enough space for eating, living and relaxing. As well as in the bedroom you can also find new stucco decorations in the living room.
The kitchen adjacent to the living room is all hand-crafted and fitted with trendy fronts in a deep teal. The selection of sink, faucet and shelf are perfectly matching the pastel color of the kitchen. All electrical appliances are present and perfectly adapted and installed.
Another highlight of the apartment is the black switch series, which creates a nice accent to the pastel-colored wall tones.
The apartment is heated by a gas heating system, which is invisibly integrated into the kitchen.
EXTERIOR
The building number 38 is located in the well-known Kastanienallee and is characterized by many small details on the facade and roof contrasting with the neighboring buildings. You will be received in a surprisingly decorated entree area with many old building details. The carvings on the wooden railing and the color harmony of the walls and railings are particularly striking. The very well-maintained condition continues in the courtyard as well as in the stairwell of the side wing.
LOCATION
The world famous Kastanienallee is affectionately also called "casting avenue", as there are hip bars and cafés en masse and you just have to "sit around" to be discovered by talent and model scouts. In other words, you are in a top location of Berlin-Mitte. In the immediate vicinity are, among others, the Zionskirche, the Volkspark am Weinberg, the Schönhauser Allee and much more. Institutions such as the Weinerei, the Lombardo Bar or the best shawarma at Babel are a stone's throw away. You can go shopping at Kauf Dich Glücklich, Greta & Luis or Schönhauser Räume and the daily groceries can be bought at the LPG organic market on Senefelderplatz, at Edeka on Arkonaplatz or at Lidl just three minutes away.
If you want to leave Mitte, take the tram just outside the door (stop Zionskirchplatz) or the subway from Rosenthaler Platz. The airport Tegel can be reached in about 20 minutes and Schönefeld in 30 minutes.
