The entire building was recently completely renovated (2016/2017). This can not only been recognized on the facade with the broken red color, the eggshell-colored plaster frames and other stucco elements. In the course of this renovation also the courtyard with bicycle storage, garbage bin space, elevator, etc. were redesigned. The small owner community (11 units) cares very accurately about the common property. Even newly founded advisory board is very active here and takes care about the maintenance of the property.
