Unique development, these exclusive lofts, transform emblematic warehouses dating from the 19th century into 25 exquisitely designed and equipped, full-of-character lofts. The complex comprises 4 buildings, and therefore 4 types of lofts.

Warehouse B comprises 5 lofts located next to the iconic restored industrial chimney, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The facades preserve the original arches yet, are transformed into large windows and entrance doors. All the lofts benefit from having full of privacy interior terraces.

The mix of original features and the extraordinary recovery of space that creates a warm, full-of-light environment is what stands out within this project. The original warehouse roofs, openings, and skylights have been perfectly replicated, and new interior façades have been created by emptying part of the original structure. Louvered roof beams provide luminosity and create beautiful spaces so that natural light floods throughout the entire day.
