Unique development, these exclusive lofts, transform emblematic warehouses dating from the 19th century into 25 exquisitely designed and equipped, full-of-character lofts. The complex comprises 4 buildings, and therefore 4 types of lofts.

Being the largest building, Warehouse A offers 12 lofts, out of which 2 are triplexes, and the rest have 2 bedrooms, and between 2 and 4 bathrooms, and a communal swimming pool. The original arches on the heritage facades have been restored and the cargo doors reinterpreted to fill the interior with light. The rear façade has been moved to create a pleasant, intimate outdoor passage along the length of the building, while also creating new open-air spaces.

The mix of original features and the extraordinary recovery of space that creates a warm, full-of-light environment is what stands out within this project. The original warehouse roofs, openings, and skylights have been perfectly replicated, and new interior façades have been created by emptying part of the original structure. Louvered roof beams provide luminosity and create beautiful spaces so that natural light floods throughout the entire day.
