MEET THE OWNER OF CALA MOLI

Hello Michelle, welcome back to the island. How are you finding your new holiday home?
It is sensational. I have to get into the water in the morning, and this is perfect, as I can just walk down to our little cala and go for my morning dip.

What made you decide to buy a property in Ibiza in the first place?
I lived in BCN a long time ago, and I love the quality of life in Spain, but I did not want to go back to a city. I need tranquility, and somewhere to really just 'be' and Ibiza gives me this. The energy is very different here to anywhere else.

How did you find your dream villa in Cala Moli?
By complete accident, I didn't want to see it and was on the way back to the airport. But as soon as I walked in I knew it was mine, that was it. I had looked at so many before, but this one just clicked. I was very lucky.

What were the highlights and lowlights of the buying process? As it is well known that buying property in Ibiza can sometimes be rather tricky!
In all honesty there were no lows it was all highs. You were really good and I trusted you as soon as I saw you. Very honest and transparent. I had an incredible lawyer, and the developer and his family still blow me away with their thoughtfulness. I was incredibly lucky.

What are your plans now for your new villa?
Well, I do need to rent it for the next year or so, and you guys are helping me with this of course. After that it is to spend as much waking time as possible here, especially out of season, which is the most beautiful.

Would you recommend FF to your friends and family?
100%. I could not recommend you guys more highly, from start to finish everything went like a dream.

Finally, what would say is your favourite spot in Ibiza?
Well, it has to be as close to the magical rock Es Vedra as I can get. Whether it's being in the sea, on the beach, or at a restaurant. The energy and peacefulness I feel when I see it is so amazing.
